Stipić Grupa is a company that unites several business segments: construction, interior fitout and furnishing as well as investment in housing construction and real estate development. With its seat in Lučko, Zagreb, Stipić Grupa started its development in 1994 simultaneously with foundation of the company Stipić Interart, a company that soon took over the leading position in the Croatian market of interior fitout and furnishing. In 1999, five years after the establishment of Stipić Grupa, the founding of Stipić Constructa was the next logical step in the development of the Group. Stipić Constructa takes over all building construction works. The circle has finally been closed in 2009 with the establishment of Stipić Nekretnine, which deals with investments in the housing construction and real estate development.
Continuous development and expansion have been accomplished thanks to a clearly defined business philosophy: good preparation and execution of all projects by Stipić Grupa and its members, from interior furnishing to major construction projects, must comply with high international standards.
Stipić Grupa is able to fully cover and successfully implement a wide spectrum of diverse projects, starting from a conceptual idea all the way to final placement on the market. The staff of Stipić Grupa has the leading role in such projects. Its expert team includes professionals from different areas, as for example architecture, design, building construction and investment economy.
