Business operation of the company Stipić Nekretnine, which was founded in 2009, has firm grounds in resources of Stipić Grupa and its member companies. With its own professional team of experts, Stipić Grupa offers the whole package of services for realization of housing construction projects.
Sample example of cooperation among all member companies of Stipić Grupa is Project Harambašićeva. This is the first project, for which investment services have been provided by the company Stipić Nekretnine. This project included construction and subsequently complete furnishing of luxurious tenement house consisting of 148 apartments and an office area in Harambašićeva Street, in the centre of Zagreb. Construction part of the project has been performed by Stipić Constructa in cooperation with well-known subcontractors and usage of high quality materials. The final stage of the project, which has been implemented by “turnkey” principle, included furnishing of apartments with high quality furniture, ceramics and sanitary ware from Stipić Interart’s assortment. This step was performed by Stipić Interart. Additions or alterations were possible according to customer’s wishes and needs.
